Every day there is the opportunity to go to the local market , either alone, or accompagning us and then prepare a meal in the large communal kitchen. The market is 5 minutes away. There will always be the makings of breakfast at the Villa. We have also developed a formula in which we take care of everything, around the concept of "Cocina del alma" (Soul Kitchen), inspired by the book " The Restaurant of Love Regained by Ito Ogawa.  The idea is to cook for you dishes conceived and prepared as a poem. To invent a unique dish for you. There is no menu at Villa Wasi. Every day we go to the market. The products are fresh, local and respectful of the environment and the cuisine is thought of as the basis of everything  and as a time of sharing.
